Am I drinking fermented spider juice?
definitely. isnt it great?
No, fermented feet cheese infused spider cider
@@SsecretsSsSgo damn what the fuck
LOL. All the wildlife in the vineyard is filtered out in the winemaking process.
Dunno how this ended up on my suggested as I've lived in Utah for 12+ years now but I grew up in Paso! Sounds delicious!
You are very passionate about your art an craft of wine making, I really wish I could try some of your wines. Great video thank you for sharing your art with us all.
Watching from South Australia an enjoying a local white wine
Interesting photo walk, great location. I've just picked up an Olympus Trip 35 and your video was very inspiring.
I used to play cards on the bottom of a Giant Wine Barrel table,, turned upside down 🥯 and I ate Bagels 🥯 with cream cheese. The Cape one would go well with Fish dinner
You are so wonderfully expressing the crushed fruit 🍓🍑 fermentation process! Thank you both for the update and teamwork and Hellow Fiz sounds good too lol 😂❤ Beautiful Blends and Italian Red wine with chocolate,, sounds good Too
So great 👍🏿 thank you so much 💗 have a glass of wine with dinner 🍽️ their are many delicious healthy benefits and Strawberry 🍓 Wine 🍷 sounds delicious and I would love to try it out 👌🏿 and Rose Wine is also a favorite and blackberry Honey 🍯😻
This great. And also, yes, wife & I LOVE Tin City! Next time we are in Paso we'll visit Monochrome.
I know you'll have a good time. Very fun wines.
very cool vid enjoying your channel!
Excellent video! PasoSecco is indeed incredible - cheers to Chris and Elizabeth!
Nice!
World of Wine, didn't know about it. Well done, Austin.
Amazing scenery!! Very nice!!
Would you mind making a video about the art of tasting wine sometime? may not fit this channel if it is for experienced wine people but for me seeing real wine tasting for the first time there are a ton of things that I'd be interested in knowing about.
Always been a fan of ports. I am glad to know a bit more about them :)
I wouldn't sell my Olympus pen ee half frame camera.😊
Another great camera!
@@AustinBeeman A 1960s design icon, engineered to stand the test of time, 60 years old and still working fine! I wonder if the same could be said of today's plastic fantastic point and shoot cameras? 📷 🤔 😲😳
Every time i go back to my birthplace those are the first and the last thing i see when i get there.
Very very cool. Love Graham's. Thank you Sir!
Indeed. They make exquisite ports.
I use a strainer when I'm decanting my port bottle has to sit still in a dark cupboard for at least 20 days after I buy it to give it time to rest then I pour it through a strainer into a crystal decanter. Beautiful well worth the extra steps
Absolutely. That is a very classic way to decant port.
I did hear vintage porn 😂😂😂
That was delightful and very in lightening. Thank you Sir, for sharing your family story.
Glad you enjoyed it
E o melhor vinho do mundo só não tem a mesma fama dos outros mais fracos
I had the pleasure of visiting this vineyard and Quinta a couple of years ago. A stunning place to visit!
You are so right! It is an amazing experience. Noval was the first Quinta in the Douro that I visited on my trip and I was smiling from ear to ear when I saw it.
Awesome PORT....I enjoyed the 1962 and a very young 1994 back in 1997. Amazing
"PromoSM" 😉
To be precise, the vineyard is own rooted (Pe Franco) and not pre-phylloxera. The Nacional vineyard was replanted in the 1930's using their own roots. To be pre-phylloxera, the vineyard would have to be planted before phylloxera arrived in the Douro in the 1870's.
Thank you for the correction. I have modified the title of video. Appreciate the help!
I love port !
Thanks will do!
Hope you like it!

Love it!unusual sharing! have a good day! ;)
First I love the wines from Foradori, and watching these videos has me loving them even more. I can't wait for my first visit to the winery
They really are exceptional. I hope you get a chance to visit them soon. It is an amazing experience
Tremendous Oregon Pinot Noir producer, Eola-Amity Hills, Ribbon Ridge and McMinville are my favorite Sub AVA Regions of the Willamette. The 2014 Freedom Hill and Temperance Hill were Outstanding I should have tried Momtazi as well.🍷💕
You're right. I'm always very impressed by any of Mark's wines, but the Temperance Hill Vineyard is my personal favorite. If you can find the 2010 vintage, it is singing right now.
The story of the grandparents is hilarious. Loving his natural honesty
He was one of the easiest people to interview. Theo was overflowing with knowledge and the willingness to share it.
This is one of the finest vineyard tour videos I’ve ever experienced. We recently tasted Glen Manor’s Sauvignon Blanc in both the 2021 and 22 vintages- and we were blown away by the beauty of these wines. They are just perfectly balanced and delicious. They compare more to a single site Sancerre like a Boulay Clos de Beaujeau. It’s just incredible these are being produced on the east coast of the US. Luckily here in the DC area there are a few retailers who stock it- but the availability’s very limited. It’s not inexpensive- but it’s worth every penny. Am pretty surprised no one else has commented in 2 years but will attribute that to Glen Manor being pretty small and on the east coast. I haven’t been to see the vineyard but am looking forward to doing so.
Thank you for the very kind words. I'm a huge fan of the wines, winery, and people. I make a point to visit them every time I'm in VA. I'm really proud of the way this video came out and glad that some people are enjoying it.
I did a second video at Glen Manor and focused on the Petit Manseng, which I think is their best. ua-cam.com/video/2AuOqobLj8E/v-deo.html
I've tried petit manseng before. It was pretty good. I can definitely see how the loose grape clusters and tough skin are beneficial for fighting off rot. I might give it a go.
Petit Manseng is so good in Virginia. I think the ones from Glen Manor are the best in the region, but lots of winery make impression PM
@@AustinBeeman There aren't many wineries or vineyards where I live. Nobody here that i know of does Petit Manseng, but my brother is trying to persuade me to plant some on my 6 acres. I just put in some muscadines as a trial. Never tried growing grapes before.
🔥 Promo>SM
Theo is a funny guy who tells a lively story. Love his honesty about the region. The next video about the soils in that little valley is one of the best explanations of soil I've ever heard a winemaker share.
This is one of the best winemaker videos I’ve ever seen. This guys is so real. As a pro winemaker myself, I’m very impressed and watched this twice and saved it.
That makes me very happy to hear. Thanks for the compliment. Theo was a joy to spend time with and both knowledgable and opinionated. (Which is the best kind.). I hope you enjoy the other videos on the channel.
Sounds like first aid kit to me?
My wife just brought home a bottle of your 2020 Petite Sirah, and we enjoyed watching this entertaining interview whilst enjoying your superb wine!
this video is edited horribly lol but good stuff here
Love KW wines, taking a 2016 Savoya to dinner with us tonight
Excellent. Those wines are so good.
I found one in my grandmothers drawer but I can't seem to use it, how do i know if it still works or not, or how do i use it
Block the lens so that no light enters it. Turn the aperture ring to A. Turn the film advance wheel until it stops moving. Press the shutter. If the shutter fires under these conditions, the Selenium Cell is depleted and the camera isn't working. I do not think that can be fixed.
@@AustinBeemanit is fixable/servicable i believe. 😇
@@AustinBeemanIt can still be used in the 'flash' settings at 1/40th shutter speed, although there is a hack to get the 1/200th shutter speed in that mode.
@@chevy9212 I haven't seen a way to replace or restore the Selenium Cell. If you know of one, please share it.
@@AustinBeeman ua-cam.com/video/CiGlYUg-ukc/v-deo.htmlsi=6r6v-F8YmLw4BlkZ
Stunning quality.
Great conversation with Ken. I learned much about soils and such. I never knew about the mother-bed under the soil which contains all the necessary elements for the grapes. I hope there are more of these videos from Ken. It makes drinking and collecting wines even more interesting..
Thank you so very much for your knowledge sir, I am taking over an acre of young grape vines in Gainesville Virginia!!
